The ClerkDirect monday.com integration lets your organization sync meeting follow-up work from ClerkDirect into a monday.com board.
Use this integration when staff track assignments, due dates, priorities, and status in monday.com but need the source meeting context to remain connected to ClerkDirect.
Before you start
You need admin access in ClerkDirect.
You need permission to install apps or authorize integrations in monday.com.
You need access to the monday.com board where ClerkDirect tasks should sync.
Connect monday.com
In ClerkDirect, open your organization settings.
Select Integrations.
Find monday.com.
Select Connect.
Authorize ClerkDirect in monday.com.
Choose where ClerkDirect tasks sync
After monday.com is connected, choose the destination board and group in ClerkDirect.
Map ClerkDirect fields to monday columns
Column mappings tell ClerkDirect where each field should go when a task is exported to monday.com.
Common mappings include:
Task status to a monday status column
Due date to a monday date column
Assigned user to a monday person or name column
Priority to a monday label or status column
Description or meeting context to a monday text column
Sync existing tasks
After the board, group, and mappings are saved, use Sync all to monday to backfill existing ClerkDirect tasks. Re-running sync updates existing monday.com items when possible instead of creating duplicates.
What syncs
Task or resolution title
Description
Status
Due date
Priority

Tasks created by Task Schedules
Tasks created by a Task Schedule are regular ClerkDirect tasks after creation. They can be included in the same monday.com sync workflow as manually created tasks, with the configured title, assignee, due date, priority, and ClerkDirect context.
See Create recurring work with Task Schedules for details about recurring task creation.
Disconnect monday.com
To stop syncing, return to ClerkDirect integrations and select Disconnect for monday.com. Disconnecting removes the stored OAuth token and disables future syncs.
Data and permissions
ClerkDirect requests the monday.com permissions needed to identify the connected user, read board and column options, create or update synced items, and match assignees where configured.
ClerkDirect stores monday.com OAuth tokens encrypted at rest, plus selected board and group settings, column mappings, and synced monday item identifiers so future syncs can update existing items.
